  • Mandala Meditation (11:00–12:00)
    A guided visual meditation using mandala imagery to cultivate focus, inner stillness, and insight.

    Relax and recharge with a wholesome lunch and free time to unwind.
  • Mandala Art Therapy (13:30–15:30)
    A hands-on creative session exploring mandala creation as a form of meditation, self-reflection, and symbolic expression.

    A guided reflective session using oracle cards to support intuition, insight, and personal inquiry.
  • Sunset Yoga (17:30–18:45)
