You simply choose the day that resonates with you — and we take care of the rest.

Monday

Chakra Balance Day
Energy alignment, gentle movement, and guided practices focused on grounding, clarity, and emotional balance.

Tuesday

Yoga Day & Wholesome Food Day
A deeper exploration of yoga through movement, philosophy, and conscious nourishment.

Wednesday

Mandala Day & Mindful Play

A choice between gentle cleansing and recovery practices or a creative, sensory workshop rooted in natural scent and mindful creation.

Botanic & Integration Day
Botanical workshops, subtle energy practices, and sound-based experiences to slow down, reflect, and integrate the week.

DAY PASSES

What's included

Guided classes and workshops listed in your selected pass. Yoga, Meditation, Holistic & Creative Workshops. All equipment, yoga mats.

Meals as specified per experience. Unlimited drinking water at refill station. Breakfast is Buffet, Lunch or Dinner is 2 dishes from a la carte menu .

Access to retreat spaces during your program. Outdoor salt-water pool with towels. Access to studios and equipment between classes.

Support from our wellness team throughout the day. Internationally certified yoga teachers and practitioners. Certified Nutritionist, Thai Wellness Specialist, Reiki Master.

Prana Eatery

Day Pass meals are served at Prana Eatery, our in-house wellness restaurant focused on fresh, nourishing cuisine.


Breakfast is an all-you-can-eat buffet with a wide selection of vegan and gluten-free options, includes wide-range of juices, non-dairy milk and Tea / Coffee. Lunch or dinner is à la carte Wellness & Thai cuisine, including 2 dishes with soft drink and a choice of tea or coffee included.
