    A balanced yoga practice focused on gentle backbends to awaken the body, build awareness, and prepare for a day of mindful movement and learning.
  • Breakfast (07:30–10:30)
    Enjoy a nourishing breakfast in a peaceful tropical setting.
  • Yoga Fundamentals — Philosophy (10:30–12:00)
    An accessible introduction to yoga philosophy exploring key concepts that support mindful practice both on and off the mat.
  • Yoga Fundamentals — Practice (12:30–13:30)
    A guided session translating philosophical principles into embodied movement, breath, and alignment.
  • Lunch (13:30–15:00)
    Relax and recharge with a wholesome lunch and free time to unwind.
  • Beach Yoga (17:00–18:30)
    An evening yoga session by the sea, allowing movement and breath to synchronize with natural rhythms and sunset energy.
