- Yoga Fundamentals — Philosophy (10:30–12:00)
An accessible introduction to yoga philosophy, exploring key concepts that support mindful practice both on and off the mat.
- Yoga Fundamentals — Practice (12:30–13:30)
A practical session to embody philosophical principles through movement, alignment, and breath.
- Lunch (13:30–15:00)
- Aum Circle (15:00–16:00)
A guided group experience using sound and chanting to cultivate presence, connection, and inner stillness.
- Beach Yoga (17:00–18:30)
An evening yoga practice by the sea, allowing movement and breath to sync with natural rhythms and sunset energy.

A relaxed breakfast before transitioning into creative exploration.
- Wholesome Food Workshop "Food for Life" (11:30–14:00)
A hands-on workshop focused on wholesome food, creativity, and mindful preparation — connecting nourishment with presence and play. This workshop is offered in our sister location Saan Circle at the top of the Kata Hill offering breathtaking views of Kata Bay and Big Buddha. The transportation CC's Hideaway - Saan Circle is included.
This experience blends light movement with creative, nourishing expression. It’s less structured and more intuitive, inviting curiosity, sensory awareness, and enjoyment — with no pressure and no right or wrong outcome.
