This class is taught by a well trained Muay Thai (Thai kick boxing) instructor who speaks good English.
Muay Thai is known as the "art of 8 limbs" it features the mixed use of fists, elbows, knees, and shins.

arrive well-hydrated and recently nourished but not with a full stomach
do not apply lotions or oils within an hour of class
be considerate of the people around you in all respects including noise, scent, and personal space but perspiration is understandably often unavoidable
remove jewelry prior to class and remove footwear before entering studio
