Depending on the session, the practice may include elements such as mantra or sound awareness, visual focus, breath regulation, or quiet observation. All approaches are rooted in traditional meditation principles while remaining approachable for both beginners and experienced practitioners.

The session is conducted in a supportive, non-dogmatic way, with an emphasis on personal experience rather than performance. No prior meditation experience is required.
