Pranayama and Meditation
Ancient practices that support holistic well-being by harmonizing the body, mind, and spirit. Rooted in yogic tradition, pranayama refers to the conscious regulation of breath, a powerful tool for balancing life force energy (prana). Through specific breathing techniques, it helps calm the nervous system, improve mental clarity, and increase vitality.

Meditation invites us into stillness and presence. It offers a space to quiet the mind, cultivate awareness, and connect deeply with our inner selves. Whether practiced in silence, guided visualization, or with mantra, meditation fosters emotional resilience, reduces stress, and brings a sense of peace.

Together, pranayama and meditation are transformative tools for self-discovery, healing, and inner alignment. Suitable for all levels, these practices gently guide you into a more grounded, centered, and expansive state of being.

Reiki Circle Meditation 

A Reiki circle meditation class is a group practice where participants come together to share and receive Reiki energy while fostering a sense of connection and healing. The session typically begins with a guided meditation to help participants relax and attune to the flow of universal energy. Practitioners then channel Reiki energy to the group, either in a circle formation or individually, promoting balance, stress relief, and inner peace. This collective energy amplifies the healing experience, making it a powerful and supportive environment for personal and spiritual growth.

Class Schedule:

  • Pranayama and meditation: Wednesday at 12:30 PM
  • Reiki Circle Meditation: Sunday at 15:30 PM
