Discover the art of fermentation in this hands-on workshop set at our peaceful mountain farm in Phuket. Learn how to craft your own Artisan Cola and botanical Tonic using spices, herbs, and citrus grown in Thailand and around the world. Guided by our Chef, you’ll toast aromatics, blend your flavor profile, and infuse your creations using a gentle water-bath technique.
After preparing your syrups, enjoy a curated tasting table of fermented foods from around the world—Thai pickled mango, kimchi, sourdough, tofu, tempeh, kombucha and more. You’ll also explore the basics of fermentation: good bacteria, probiotic benefits, and how kombucha and other traditional foods & drinks are made.
We finish by boiling your infused liquids into rich syrups, mixing them with fresh citrus and soda for tasting, and bottling your personalized Cola and Tonic syrups to take home. Relax with beautiful views of the Kata Bay, take photos, and sip your handcrafted drink.
