Deep Healing Sound Bath

1 hour

Easy

Meditative experience "bathing" in sound waves. Reach a state of harmony and get deeply relaxed.

During the sound bath, participants lie on their backs in the Savasana position for the entire experience. The sound healing practitioner facilitates the experience using Tibetan signing bowls, and sometimes the entire group participates with chants, mantras, or rolling oms. For a lot of people, it’s much easier to let go in a sound bath versus traditional meditation. It is most beneficial when you’re experiencing overwhelming thought patterns or stress.

Benefits of Sound Bath:

- Sound baths may help treat mental health conditions, such as depression and anxiety

- Release stress, relaxation

- Increased sense of wellbeing, expanded awareness, and access to inner visionary experience

- Physical pain reduction

- Improvement in blood pressure and heartbeat rate
