Ashtanga Primary Series is a traditional sequence of yoga postures, practiced in a specific order, and synchronized with breath.

The class typically begins with sun salutations, followed by a series of standing and seated postures, forward bends, backbends, twists, and inversions. The practice emphasizes strength, flexibility, balance, and stamina, and is usually accompanied by a teacher's verbal cues and hands-on adjustments to help students deepen their postures. It's a challenging, rigorous practice that aims to purify the body, calm the mind, and cultivate a meditative state of awareness.

This class is for intermediate / advanced level of practice.
